no because the lizard will taste to eat it and the crab will hurt the lizard if it got the chance, and also a 100 gal tank is to huge for them.
I highly urge against it. I am in lizard rescue and know that they will taste to eat whatever business small that moves. Your lizards can also pick up disease early the loner crabs. Its really a lose lose circumstances.

terrible perception... lots of undue stress on in cooperation animals. Also, Uros are desert animals and crabs are early humid environments, doesn't really compute.
