Big crickets are TERRIFYING. We hate them too.
If they’re still in the bag, deflate it and try to separate the big ones into one of the bag’s corners. Trap them there and dump the little ones into a kritter keeper or other container (we use tin cans-they can’t climb up the sides!). Then transfer them into your frog’s cage and dump the bag with the gigantic monsters outside.
They do sell these kritter keepers with two black tubes extending into the cage. The black tubes are hollow, open at the end inside the cage, and closed at the end extending beyond the cage. The crickets like to crawl in the tubes to hide, and you just grab the closed end and shake them into your pet’s tank. They’re available at Petco.
Best of luck!
The link shows two cricket keepers and a cricket shaker.
Personally I have both I keep my crickets in the large cricket keepers and use a shaker when I feed them
