Most reptiles will eat fish or are often land dwellers requiring only a little bit of water.

I’d try to find compatible amphibians rather than reptiles.

reptiles will not live fully aquatic lives, and would eat any fish.

if you mean amphibians, african dwarf frogs can be kept with peaceful non-nippy fish. however, i would not recommend keeping fully-aquatic amphibians such as axolotls or african clawed frogs with fish, as the fish will probably get eaten!

I think amphinbians would be a better choice for you than reptiles. You should try and get some african dwarf frogs or some newts. You might need to decrease the amount of water in the tank.
